Forres Community Councils aim is to represent all people in the Forres area without prejudice. We are non-party political and non-sectarian. Any person 16 years or over and resident in the Community Council area, can be elected or co-opted to their local Community Council.
Forres Community Council meeting are held in the Tollbooth at 7:15pm on the 3rd Thursday of every month. These meetings are open to the public and we encourage you to attend.
We are consulted by the local authority on a range of issues including planning, environment and health issues.
